ABOUT ME
My name is Anne Grey Cook and I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Apparel Design Production and a degree in Entrepreneurship.
My main inspiration for working in the fashion industry is the desire to help the modern customer achieve their goals using clothes as a mechanism to empower them in their every day lives.
My work in different sectors of the industry has given me perspective of the entire process of design. In 2019 I interned for Hayley Paige in New York where I designed veils, sketched dresses, and styled her for an episode of Say Yes To The Dress as well as a commercial for her collaboration with the brand Hearts On Fire.

Later that year I worked for June Ambrose and styled extras and worked on the set design for a Missy Elliot's Why I Still Love You music video.

In 2021 I began my role as an Assistant Production Coordinator for The Mint Julep Boutique in Auburn, AL. I created the company’s first ever process for managing communication with overseas manufacturers, our first ever exclusive swim line, and our first ever girls line. In my day to day work I communicate with manufacturers, negotiate costs, and discuss technical packs and grading for our clothing. Additionally, I oversee size grading for all styles that are produced by my coworkers and myself. Additionally I attend weekly photo shoots providing my expertise in styling.
